resources. Other clients prefer a more "hands-off" approach,
asking BWI to perform all the monitoring tasks, such as daily server
status monitoring and logging, while also bearing the responsibility
for the day-to-day maintenance of these same resources. These
clients often ask BWI to fill the role of "network administrator" as well.
Still others, seeking to divorce themselves from their IT challenges
altogether, empower BWI to function as their "Chief Information
Officer", allowing our experienced network architects, engineers and

As part of our monitoring and
management services, we log each network's vital statistics daily
and report these findings to you at intervals of your choosing.
BWI can also tailor a management plan that offers onsite visits from
our technology specialists at weekly, bi-monthly, monthly or
quarterly intervals.
While some of our competitors can
offer "cookie cutter" pricing on their management offerings, our
approach requires us to customize each solution based upon your
business' needs and concerns. We begin each management
engagement with a thorough & comprehensive network analysis that
lets you know exactly what you have, what conditions exist for
problems, and what potential enhancements can be offered to make
your network and its resources a more powerful tool for your
business. During the course of our management service, BWI
logs each and every issue, regardless of nature, that we address in
our helpdesk ticketing system. This gives us the ability to
quickly diagnose ongoing issues using our knowledgebase, and gives
us the ability to quantify our management services if so desired.
