Online Helpdesk

As part of our ongoing effort to provide fast, affordable information-technology services for our customers, BWI will soon be offering web-based access to our innovative in-house helpdesk ticketing system.  From this easy to use interface, customers will be able to enter trouble tickets, check the status of existing trouble tickets and enter updates to existing issues that will assist us in better serving them.  This web-based system will help us empower our clients by giving them ownership over their issues, while still maintaining our standard of excellence in customer service.

Until this system is in place, our customers are encouraged to email our helpdesk at helpdesk@bwitech.com to report problems or check on the status of existing problems.
